Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of CMP Degree College’s Management, will only be made to the Bank (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) account used for the original transaction through which the Fee was paid. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require CMP Degree College to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach CMP Degree College with his/her claim details and claim refund from CMP Degree College alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by CMP Degree College by means as deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the CMP Degree College and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.
